1.1 These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the JetSponder.com website, mobile site and related services (collectively, the “Platform”). By accessing, browsing or using the Platform, or by making any booking through it, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1.2 If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform or make bookings through JetSponder.com.
1.3 JetSponder.com operates as an online travel intermediary/OTA, facilitating flight, hotel, bus, holiday package and related travel bookings between you and airlines, hotels, bus operators, activity providers, insurance providers and other third-party suppliers (“Travel Suppliers”).
2.1 You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding contract to use the Platform and to make bookings.
2.2 You may be required to create a user account by providing accurate, current and complete information, including your name, contact details and a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
2.3 JetSponder.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account, or deny access to the Platform, at its sole discretion in case of suspected misuse, fraud, violation of law or breach of these Terms.
3.1 JetSponder.com is not an airline, hotel, bus operator, transport company or insurance provider. The Platform enables you to search, compare and book travel services that are offered and fulfilled by independent Travel Suppliers.
3.2 When you make a booking, you enter into a separate contract with the relevant Travel Supplier(s), and your rights and obligations are also governed by their applicable terms of carriage, booking conditions, fare rules, hotel policies and other supplier-specific rules (“Supplier Terms”).
3.3 JetSponder.com is not responsible for the quality, safety, fitness, timeliness, performance or delivery of services provided by Travel Suppliers, but will use reasonable care in facilitating your booking and providing information received from them.
4.1 You agree to use the Platform only for legitimate travel bookings for yourself or for another person for whom you are legally authorised to act. You are responsible for ensuring that any such person accepts these Terms.
4.2 You agree not to:
Make false or fraudulent bookings.
Use bots, scripts or any automated means to access the Platform.
Attempt to circumvent security features or misuse promotional offers.
Copy, scrape or use Platform content (including fares and availability) for commercial purposes without written permission.
4.3 JetSponder.com may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Platform, including features, content or availability, at any time without prior notice.
5.1 By initiating a booking, you confirm that all information you provide (including passenger names, dates, destinations, contact details, and payment data) is accurate and complete. JetSponder.com and Travel Suppliers are not responsible for losses due to incorrect details provided by you.
5.2 All bookings are subject to availability and final confirmation by the Travel Supplier. A booking is considered confirmed only when a valid confirmation (ticket number, PNR, hotel voucher, bus ticket, etc.) is issued and shared with you via email/SMS/app notification.
5.3 Fares, taxes and availability are dynamic and may change during the booking process. If a price changes or availability is lost before payment completion, your booking may fail or require re-pricing. JetSponder.com is not liable for such changes by Travel Suppliers or global distribution systems.
6.1 The Platform aims to display total prices with applicable taxes and government charges, in line with transparent pricing principles. However, some fees may be charged directly by airlines, hotels, payment gateways or banks.
6.2 JetSponder.com may, at its discretion, waive or charge convenience fees, platform fees or service charges for specific services or payment methods. Any such charges, if applicable, will be displayed to you before you complete payment.
6.3 Additional charges may apply for:
Baggage beyond standard allowances.
Seat selection, meals, priority boarding or special services.
Hotel extras (resort fees, city taxes, minibar, late check-out, etc.).
Bus operator surcharges or on-board services.
These are governed by the relevant Travel Supplier and may be payable at the time of booking or directly at the point of service.
7.1 You authorise JetSponder.com and its payment partners to charge your selected payment method for the full amount of your booking, including applicable taxes, fees and any optional services you have chosen.
7.2 Payments must be made using valid credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, wallets or other methods supported on the Platform. For certain bookings, we may require additional verification, documents or OTP authorisation from your bank.
7.3 JetSponder.com uses third-party payment gateways and follows reasonable security measures; however, it cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted over the internet. You are responsible for safeguarding your payment information and promptly notifying your bank of any unauthorised use.
8.1 All changes and cancellations are governed by the fare rules and policies of the respective Travel Supplier, as well as any additional JetSponder.com service conditions. Certain bookings may be non-refundable, non-changeable and/or subject to penalties.
8.2 When permitted by Supplier Terms, JetSponder.com will assist you to process changes or cancellations, which may involve:
Airline/hotel/bus/operator penalties.
Any fare difference for new dates or routes.
JetSponder.com service charges (if applicable) for handling the request.
8.3 Refunds (if applicable):
Are processed only after receiving confirmation and settlement from the Travel Supplier.
May take a variable time to reflect in your bank/card/wallet account depending on the bank or payment gateway.
Will usually be refunded to the original mode of payment, unless otherwise specified.
8.4 No‑show and partial use:
If you do not show up for your flight, hotel check‑in, bus departure or activity without prior cancellation as per the Supplier Terms, you may be treated as a “no‑show” and may not be eligible for any refund.
Partially unused bookings may be refunded only if permitted under the fare rules or supplier policies.
9.1 Requests such as meals, seats, special assistance, infant/child services, early check‑in, late check‑out, non‑smoking rooms or specific bed types are subject to availability and are not guaranteed, even if mentioned on your booking or voucher.
9.2 Ancillary services like travel insurance, visas, transfers and sightseeing are governed by the terms of the respective third-party providers, which you must read and accept separately.
10.1 The Platform may allow you to submit reviews, ratings, comments, photos or other content (“User Content”). By submitting User Content, you grant JetSponder.com a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, publish, translate and distribute such content on the Platform and associated channels.
10.2 You are solely responsible for your User Content and must ensure that it is truthful, lawful, non-defamatory, non-infringing and not abusive or offensive. JetSponder.com may remove or moderate User Content that violates these Terms or applicable law.
11.1 All content on JetSponder.com, including logos, text, graphics, icons, images, software and layout, is the property of JetSponder.com and/or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.
11.2 You may use the Platform solely for personal, non‑commercial purposes. Any unauthorised use, reproduction, modification or distribution of Platform content is prohibited without prior written consent.
12.1 All travel information, fares, schedules, seat availability, hotel descriptions and images are provided by Travel Suppliers or third-party systems. JetSponder.com does not guarantee that such information is always accurate, complete or up to date, though reasonable efforts are made to keep it reliable.
12.2 The Platform and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability or non‑infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
13.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, JetSponder.com shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or other losses arising from:
Use or inability to use the Platform.
Delays, cancellations, overbookings, schedule changes, baggage issues or service failures by Travel Suppliers.
Errors or inaccuracies in travel information or fares.
Any event beyond JetSponder.com’s reasonable control (force majeure).
13.2 In any case where JetSponder.com is found liable despite the above, its total aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to JetSponder.com for the specific booking in question.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JetSponder.com, its directors, employees, agents and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities and expenses arising out of:
Your use of the Platform or services.
Any breach of these Terms.
Any violation of law or third-party rights by you or any person using your account.
15.1 Your use of the Platform is also governed by JetSponder.com’s Privacy Policy, which explains how your personal data is collected, used, shared and protected.
15.2 By using the Platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
16.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India (Delhi jurisdiction).
16.2 Subject to applicable law, courts and tribunals located in the jurisdiction where JetSponder.com is registered shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform.
17.1 JetSponder.com may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on the Platform. The “Last updated” date will be revised accordingly.
17.2 Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
